The EXODUS team in Morogoro supporting the Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children (MoHCDEC) and the American International Health Alliance(AIHA) in conducting a baseline assessment for Nurse Initiated and Managed ART (NIMART) , a landmark and evidence informed intervention that will potentially scale-up ART uptake and adherence in Tanzania.
